By accessing or using the DTF Transfer House website (dtftransferhouse.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
DTF Transfer House provides custom direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfer printing services. All products are custom-made to order based on artwork submitted by the customer. Because all orders are custom manufactured, they are subject to the conditions described in these terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain content we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund if the order has not already been printed.
Customer responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and submit any artwork, designs, logos, images, or other content included in your order. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights belonging to any third party.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DTF Transfer House and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your artwork, your use of our services, or your violation of these terms.
Our intellectual property: All content on the DTF Transfer House website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DTF Transfer House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
Your artwork: By submitting artwork to us, you grant DTF Transfer House a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your designs for any other purpose without your permission.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time your order is placed is the price you will be charged.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
We strive to begin production on orders within 2–4 hours of order placement. Stated turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Production times may be affected by order volume, file issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Rush turnaround options, when available, are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. DTF Transfer House is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our direct control.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. DTF Transfer House is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been handed off.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order contains a print defect, production error, or quality issue that is our fault, we will reprint or refund your order at our discretion.

Custom orders: Because all products are custom-manufactured to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or change of mind. All sales are final except in cases of verified production defects.
We print using a full CMYK + white ink DTF process. While we strive for accurate color reproduction, exact color matching is not guaranteed. Screen displays use RGB color and will always appear different from printed output. Slight color variation between orders placed at different times is normal and expected. If exact Pantone color matching is required for your application, please contact us before ordering.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DTF Transfer House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent required by applicable law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
