Get it right the first time. Follow these specs and your transfers will print exactly as intended — no back-and-forth, no delays.
We accept several file types. Vector files are always preferred because they scale infinitely without losing quality. Raster files work but must meet resolution requirements.
Pro Tip: If you're designing in Canva and you have a pro membership. Export as a .png and make sure the file size is at the maximum before you download it.
Resolution only applies to raster files (PNG, JPG (we do not accept .JPG), PSD). Your file must be 300 DPI at the actual size you want printed — not scaled up after the fact.
Low resolution files will be flagged at checkout. Our system checks DPI automatically. If your file is below 300 DPI you'll see a warning before you place your order — giving you a chance to fix it first.
Submit your files in CMYK color mode. We have noticed better results with CMYK opposed to RGB in regards to vibrancy.

DTF transfers print exactly what’s in your file — including any background color. A white background in your file will print as a white rectangle around your design.
Free background removal: If your file has a background you need removed, just leave a note in the order comments and we'll handle it at no charge. Simple solid backgrounds are quick — complex backgrounds may add slight production time.
Use these common sizes as a reference. You don’t need to resize your file to match — our system auto-detects your file dimensions and scales it to the size you select at checkout.
You do not need to mirror your artwork. Upload it exactly as it should appear on the garment — our production team handles all mirroring automatically.
For gang sheet uploads, your file needs to be print-ready — laid out at the exact dimensions of the sheet you’re ordering with all designs already positioned.
Here are the most frequent file problems we see and how to fix them before you submit.
Blurry or pixelated print — Your raster file is below 300 DPI. Re-export at the correct resolution or switch to a vector format. Upscaling a low-res file will not fix this.
White box around design — Your file has a white background. Remove it in Photoshop or Illustrator and re-export as PNG with transparency enabled.
Colors look different than on screen — Monitor colors are not always accurate. Submit in RGB and check your design against a color-calibrated display. Very vibrant neon colors may appear slightly toned down in prin
Fine details not printing clearly — Text or lines smaller than 1pt may not reproduce cleanly. Increase stroke weight or text size, or convert fine text to outlines in Illustrator.
