01

Overview

DTF Transfer House is a custom printing service. We print what our customers submit. Because of this, the responsibility for ensuring submitted artwork is legally cleared for print rests entirely with the customer placing the order. This policy explains our position on intellectual property, what we will and will not print, and the protections in place for all parties.

02

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with DTF Transfer House, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the original creator of the artwork submitted, or
  • You hold a valid license, written permission, or other legal right to reproduce and print the submitted artwork
  • Your artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property right belonging to a third party
  • Your artwork does not violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

You are solely and entirely responsible for the content of every file you submit. DTF Transfer House does not verify the ownership or licensing status of customer artwork before printing. Submitting an order constitutes your legal certification that you have the right to reproduce the designs in the order.

03
